Welcome to The Dogs… Dog Sitters Co — a small, licensed home-from-home dog boarding business where your dog becomes part of the family while you’re away.

We opened our doors with one simple aim, to provide dogs with a safe, loving and comfortable alternative to traditional kennels. We believe dogs are happiest when they can stay in a home environment, receive plenty of attention and have someone around to care for them throughout their stay.

We are a small, owner-run business, which means we can offer a much more personal experience. Your dog isn’t one of many — we get to know their individual personality, routines, likes and dislikes and make sure they’re treated as an individual.

We only accept dogs from the same household together, with a maximum of two small-to-medium dogs at a time. This allows us to keep numbers low and provide the calm, personal environment we pride ourselves on.

Your dog’s stay can include plenty of company, cuddles, playtime, walks and relaxed time in our home, depending on their usual routine and what they’re comfortable with. We aim to keep their routine as familiar as possible so their stay feels like a home from home.

We offer both day boarding and overnight boarding, with short and longer stays available by arrangement.

Before your first booking, we offer a free, no-obligation meet and greet. This gives you the opportunity to meet us, see where your dog will be staying and talk through their routine, needs and any questions you may have.

Your dog’s safety and welfare are our priority. We operate as a licensed home boarding business under licence number NWL/HB18, and vaccination, worming and flea-treatment requirements apply.

We understand that leaving your dog can be difficult, especially if it’s their first time away from home. Our goal is to give you peace of mind knowing that your dog is being cared for in a safe, loving and genuine home environment.
